I FUND AN IGLOU

Support for the Homeless | Project Iglou Belgium

The “Iglou” is an emergency shelter for homeless individuals who, for whatever reason, cannot sleep in a shelter. The harsh reality is that there are not enough spaces in shelters for all the homeless. HumanSmile aims to prevent people forced to sleep on the streets from dying of cold or getting frostbite.

  • Lightweight and easily transportable
  • Protects against cold, wind, and rain
  • Usable throughout the year

FUNDED IGLOU'S

Survival Kits

HumanSmile finds that each year, due to misery, insecurity, or poverty, people die from the cold. HumanSmile’s winter campaigns aim to rescue as many deprived people as possible with the necessary materials and the most suitable equipment.

Donors’ contributions finance the purchase of survival kits against the freezing cold, thick blankets, comfortable sleeping bags, gloves for the needy, warm jackets for children, and heating elements in homes to get through the winter safely.

The contents of the kits vary depending on the needs of different regions and countries.
